David Chung, M.D.

David Y. Chung received his Bachelors of Arts Degree at the University of Vermont and obtained his Doctorate in Medicine from Howard University College of Medicine. He completed his General Adult Psychiatry Residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Dr. Chung has served in the Washington, DC metro and Baltimore areas since 2008 and has worked in a variety of treatment settings, including inpatient, outpatient and partial hospital settings. Prior to joining Healthy Foundations Group, he has worked at Sheppard Pratt Health Systems and MedStar Health Systems where he was Clinical Director of Outpatient Services at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center.
