Allyce Arzikovic is a licensed counselor in Maryland and Wisconsin. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Iowa and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University.
Allyce believes it is highly important for an individual seeking therapy to connect with their therapist. She works to build a genuine and authentic connection that establishes trust and creates a safe space for understanding, growth, and change. Allyce uses a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach while also providing evidenced based care. She has a strong desire to understand each person as an individual while also considering their lived histories and experiences. Allyce is focused on helping clients reach their own goals, reduce suffering, and build a life of meaning and purpose by balancing acceptance and change throughout the therapeutic process. Allyce has experience working with adolescents and their families, as well as young adults struggling with intense emotion dysregulation. She has over 5 years of experience providing comprehensive DBT individual therapy, DBT skills training, and parent coaching in both residential and outpatient settings.
Outside of work, Allyce enjoys spending time with her boxer dog, spending time with her husband and friends, cooking and baking, exercising, and traveling.
