Dr. Antonios Anagnostopoulos, DO is a Montgomery County native and always planned to return to his hometown after completing medical training. He is passionate about serving children and adolescents of all backgrounds including those whom are a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. His core beliefs of kindness, respect, and compassion drive his approach to medical care. He emphasizes the importance of collaboration within the family unit when developing a treatment plan to best serve families and their children.
Dr. Anagnostopoulos studied Biology at Emory University in Atlanta, GA then received his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He attended the Adult Psychiatry Residency Program as well as the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. He is board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry. He is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
